This plain-language policy explains how Find My Socks handles information submitted through our waitlist. It is an operational draft and not legal advice.

Information we collect

We collect your email address, selected products and quantities, optional Pair Mark preference, referral source and campaign parameters. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information to protect the form; we do not store its token or your IP address in our waitlist database.

Why we collect it

We use your email for product launch updates, offers and development news. Campaign information helps us understand useful launch activity.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, D1 storage, bot protection and privacy-focused web analytics. An email delivery provider may process your address when messages are sent.

Retention and your choices

We plan to retain active data until 24 months after the initial launch, unless you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it sooner. To request access or deletion, email hello@findmysocks.shop.

We may update this policy as the product and providers develop. The updated date will change when we do.
