You can ask about the personal information Find My Socks holds about you or change how it is used.

Stop marketing emails

Use the unsubscribe link in any Find My Socks email. The confirmation page requires a button press so that automated email scanners cannot unsubscribe you merely by checking the link. If you no longer have an email, contact us below.

Make a request

Email privacy@findmysocks.shop from the address you used for the waitlist. Tell us whether you want access, correction, erasure, restriction, a portable copy, an objection reviewed, or consent withdrawn. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically ask for proportionate verification.

We normally respond without undue delay and within one month. If a request is unusually complex, we will explain any permitted extension within that first month.

What happens next

• We record the request date and confirm its scope.
• We verify identity using the least information reasonably necessary.
• We search the waitlist database and any active email provider.
• We complete the request or explain any lawful limitation.
